To protect your data and ensure the security of the ELVIS virtual library, we are taking preventive measures.
In response to public warnings issued by the National Cyber Security Centre of Lithuania and internationally published information about a widespread vulnerability in PHP code, we are temporarily suspending ELVIS services. No security incidents have been detected in the system at this time. However, to ensure its security, we need to carry out additional vulnerability assessments and the necessary technical work.
While this work is underway, the ELVIS Library will be unavailable. We will also be unable to assist readers in person at our libraries, including transferring audiobooks to players or other storage devices used by our readers.
The security assessment and other necessary work may take several days. However, we will do our best to restore ELVIS services as soon as possible.
We will inform you as soon as the services become available again.
